Supplements that contain ephedra and caffeine-rich guarana, which may be used for weight loss, result in significant cardiovascular and metabolic changes, investigators have found. These changes could be harmful in people with high blood pressure, atherosclerosis (clogged arteries), or glucose intolerance, a precursor to diabetes marked by elevated blood sugar. All of these conditions are strongly associated with obesity.

There are so many diet pills out there; it's scary.

Weight Lose - Just like anything else in life, you can't win the weight loss battle unless you have first convinced yourself that you can succeed. The trick is to do something that you enjoy doing and know that you can continue to do on a long term basis. You should use diet pills in combination with a simple plan for weight loss through regular exercise and an improved diet. you can find drug specific information fron here: (http://www.hateweight.com/diet_pills.html) Diet pills such as Phentermine provide appetite suppression, helping you focus energy on enjoying healthy foods rather than feeling starved of junk food. These types of weight loss pills are not guaranteed to be more healthy or efficient just because they are made with supposedly natural ingredients. Many herbal ingredients of diet pills have been connected with many health problems such as heart failure. You should always have a talk with your doctor before using any new medication. Discuss all your options for weight loss, and make sure to ask about all the known health risks and side effects.

Phentermine is a controversial drug, and I don't think anyone should be recommending that.

Another supplement that is really hard on your heart is peusdoephedrine hydrocloride.

This increases your heart rate and raises you core temperature, and therefore your metabolism and increases you weight loss.

However if you take too much and for extended periods of time your chance of heart failure increases exponentially

To be frank, you don't get fat by not eating! I think it's more worthwhile in the long run, to try to look closely at one's routine, and what the motivation is to eat so much so as to put on the weight.

I think it comes down to rather addressing these issues and then learning a new lifestyle that you can enjoy, while not over-eating. A bit more physical activity is also a great way to keep muscles a bit more toned, and to burn up a bit of energy.

Anyway, at the end of the road, it's more important how you enjoyed your life, in my opinion, so if you look in the mirror, and decide you'd like to change anything, do be sure why you're doing it! Don't do it unless you're doing it for yourself. That way, you're not getting pressured from the outside, and you're thus more able to enjoy the process, and the progress! Wink
