US healthcare system has number of serious problems, and it is not getting any better. The rate of obesity keeps going up, and the quality of food is getting worse and worse. Public education in healthcare is a disaster. Is the system going to correct its problems by itself or only massive failure and subsequent re-establishment of the system will correct the problem?

Public education? That is funny, you have kids in class learning the right things to eat like fresh veggies and fruit, and then when they go to the cafeteria they get hamburgers and frys. I think that if the US really wants to start getting better results they have to get the Coca-cola, and pepsi and corporations like Aramark out of the schools or at least FORCE them to offer healthy food

Free market is not a bad thing; in fact, I fully support it. However, there are things that need to be regulated and guided properly. School lunch program is definitely one of them.
