5-walking
Probably this is my favorite. I often walk to the beach, and walking on the sand, seeing the ocean and listening to the sound of waves gives me peace.

I'm a big BEACH FAN Too! Love the sound of the waves, the smeel of the beach and everything.
Iyanla Vazant (Motivational speaker) says that water is a healing medium. That's why hot baths are so relaxing. Then there is hydrotherapy. Could be why so many of us love the beach

First living being was born in the ocean, and this is where all started. This is why all living beings have characteristics that resemble ocean. For example, sodium level in our blood resembles that in the ocean. Baby is conceived and grown inside sodium water which is very much like water in the ocean. Probably we find our roots, our origin as we see, hear and smell the ocean?

Having grown up close to the sea, I can't be too long away from it, not that I'm much into watersports or anything. Just the smell of it, and to be able to see it.

Living close to water gives you some comfort and peace. I like taking a walk on the beach. After I walk for a half and hour or so, suddenly I'd start feeling better.

Kinda just drift off to another place... really relaxing!

Went to the nearby beach yesterday. I had to take of a bunch of paperwork, and I felt kind of caught up. Spending half an hour or so, just feeling the air, listening to the sound gave me peace.
