They say money can't buy you happiness, but is it so? Can money help you to release stress, if not always, in some instances?

I think that the lack of money, when you're in a capitalist society can certainly help create stress!!! Had plenty of that!

BUT... I think money can also help cause stress. If you're farming in deepest Mongolia, and you have all the basics, but no money, and you've lived this way all your life, then stress shouldn't be much of a problem.

I think one can learn to grow out of stress... and the first step is to just quit stressing. Take it one day at a time...
