Ok, here's how this works(sorry for the delay):

1. You get a text link advertisement for 1 month for every 30 posts you make.

1.2. Text link advertisement is linked to your healthcare website or a section of the website related to healthcare.

2. Text link advertisement is place in the footer of OHCNetwork healthcare website directory; currently, 41 pages are listed, so you will get 41 text links at least. As we create more categories, you will get more text link advertisement.

3. Once you pass 360 posts(= 30 posts x 12 month text link advertisement), your text link advertisement will be displayed in the forum instead. Currently, 336 pages are listed in Google from the forum, so you will get 336 text links at least. As you create new threads, you will get more text link.

4. Status is displayed in this thread and the format is as follows:

Member's username: xxxxxx
Member's domain name: xxxxxx.com(or some other extension)
Start date: Mon/Day/Year
End date: Mon/Day/Year

5. Please PM me to get this reward; PM your domain name and exactly URL related to healthcare(URL has to be related to healthcare).

Ah ...

How come did you not move to a new server before the current contract expires? You just forgot about it? You had other things to do and were kind of forced to wait until the last minute?

How about adding:

Is it possible to just have that url with the Anchor Text "The health Place"

I think that would look a lot niver than that big ol' url
