How many babies born each year in Iowa? Suppose 20 cases is not really such an "OUTBREAK" if you look at it like that. We do have vaccines, so...

Now if you want an example of a MAJOR outbreak, you could look at my newly-discovered "dog-patting syndome (DPS)"!!! Just look at how many lung cancers it's caused, considering that 100% of lung-cancer patient have patted a dog!
