Hey, I've tried altering my diet and nothing really works. I constantly have bad gas and sometimes it makes a situation very uncomfortable, ie, holding it in at a girl's house for ex.
Any ideas? Any meal plans that'll keep me good?

You've got my full attention. I'm not sure if I would like to try altering his or her diet and nothing really works . What's it like?
