Have you tried any yet?

Yes, I have and they taste fantastic. Since it's rather pricy, it's not something you can try so often though. Also when you go to a (good) streak house in US (and I like (good) streak house in US), you eat big chunk of meat; whereas, when you eat Wagyu, you generally eat small portion. The way you cook and eat is very different.

You tried this in Japan or does the US import some meats from Japan?

I tried this in Japan. Tastes fantastic though it's awfully expensive.

Are all their foodstuffs expensive or is it just meat? I suppose they really do go out of their way to treat their cows nice!

Japan is known for its high cost of everything. Tokyo is the most expensive city in the world and Osaka is the second most expensive city in the world.

They are pretty fanatic when it comes to food. It's partly because the country has long history of food culture like France, Italy and China. It's partly because economic and social stability allows them to care so much about food.

Very interesting. I should go visit Japan someday. I'll remember to save up that extra bit for it though... Confused

Flying there isn't ridiculously expensive in the sense that it costs about the same no matter where you go. Once you get there, staying at a hotel costs a lot. Eating costs a lot. Using public transportation costs a lot.

That too, yes! It's taken me (way) over a year to make my first dollar, so I think I'm in for quite the ride of my life!

It actually took me over a year to make my first dollar, so you're doing so much better than I did, if that makes you feel better.

How long do you think it takes (rough guesstimate of an average to compare my performance against) until one can be earning a basic bread&butter out of it?

6 months after I made my first dollar online, I started making some money. 6 months after that, I experienced a major set back, and my income dropped, but it was not due to any technical reason. It was due to an administrative reason, which you will not have to go through. I think there is a good chance that you'll be able to make some money online without a relatively short period of time.

Shouldn't we go back to talking about meat?
