The truth of the matter is that there is a lot of magnetic therapy research that has been done over a period of many decades, in many countries. That is not what's reported in the media. They either don't do their homework or they have another agenda. Albert Roy Davis discovered that magnetism consists of two separate energies with differing effects. He made that discovery in 1936, and since then the work of Davis, and his associate, Walter C. Rawls, has been verified by universities, as well as many scientists and doctors.
No living creature would be able to survive on this planet without the earth's magnetic field, and it's not only because of its relation to keeping the atmosphere intact. All life is electromagnetic. Scientists accept that our bodies have electrical currents in them. Well, electrical currents produce magnetic fields. Yet we're told that magnetic fields have no significant effect on us. Take just a moment to read how an MRI works.

The North pole of a magnet has the opposite effect of the South pole of a magnet on all matter. Only North pole (negative) magnetic energy should be used for healing. The South pole can increase the growth of infections, bacteria and cancer. The North pole does just the opposite. Bipolar magnets are only partially effective, if at all. Any improvements from these magnets will not have a lasting effect.
The gauss is another important aspect of magnetic therapy. If the magnetic field isn't strong enough, and used for the correct length of time, it will not work. One or more of these crucial details is missing in the studies showing no significant effects.
A study was published in
the Journal of the National Medical Association, Volume 82, Number 9, in September of 1990. The title was, "Evolving Perspectives on the Exposure Risks from Magnetic Fields." "In an attempt to verify the effects of magnetic fields on cancer, an experiment was performed using human lung carcinoma cells (A-549). The results indicated that a significant decrease in the growth curve of these cells occured between 6 and 144 hours when placed in close proximity to the north field of a 3.5 kilogauss magnet (written Personal communication. Philip M. Lorio, February, 1988). This experiment verified the statement that different magnetic field polarities produce different effects: while one polarity produced a decrease in the growth curve, the opposite produced and increase." "The experiment with human lung carcinoma cells verified the statement by Davis and Rawls that there is an increase in the growth curve of human lung carcinoma cells when exposed to positive polarity magnetic fields. Thus, these magnetic field configurations could present potential risks. The designers of these types of installations (eg, MRI, ESR) should consider the effects of the magnetic field and its orientation. The positive fields should be emitted in areas of limited occupancy. If new and old installations cannot be redesigned to reorient the magnetic field configuration, these units should be shielded to negate the positive polarity magnetic field."
Most studies on magnet therapy are never published. You can find results from studies in some of the books on magnet therapy. Davis and Rawls wrote several books themselves. Their research shows that magnetism can be utilized to increase plant growth, diagnose disease, and among numerous other uses, to make stronger metals.

I'm entirely undecided on magnetic therapy
I'd like to eventually get one of those bracelets, but it's still so unproven that I can't justify spending the money
