Dramatic progress has been made in cancer therapies in recently years. New cancer therapies have nearly doubled the life expectancy for those with advanced colorectal cancer. However,
price for these therapies are getting so high that new cancer therapies are not exactly helping medium to low income classes. So do we come to the conclusion that problems in our society essentially comes down to inequality?

Unless this problem is solved, there will not be true advance in our healthcare and Medicare system.

Arguably, one of the biggest problems in today's healthcare system is cost. Arguably, it is a result of the economical and political system that embraces inequality.
