An Italian man who married without telling his bride he was impotent must pay damages for abusing her "right to sexuality", a top court has ruled. The man had failed to fulfil his conjugal duty and deprived his wife of the chance to be a mother, Italy's Supreme Court said.

Why would you sue someone you love? Does a woman have absolute right to have children?

"the Italian constitution upheld the right to sexuality."
What an odd thing to include in a constitution! And what exactly does 'sexuality' mean in this context? Really it just means the condition of being characterized and distinguished by sex. Surely it does not mean that every woman has the right to bear children? Still...anything for a buck
(At least she's still a virgin!

We assume.)

Yeah what do they mean with rights to sexuality? She has the right to leave her husband or satisfy herself. Does this open for suing your partner for not wanting to have sex with you?

This is a bit extreme, but this kind of reflects the current state of "marriage" in many developed countries, IMO. I'm not saying that every married couple should stay married forever, but I feel that divorce rate is a bit too high.
